How do 1:1 personal training sessions work?
Sessions are 50 minutes and fully customized to your goals, fitness level, and limitations. We focus on strength, body recomposition, and technique.
What’s included in semi-private training?
Semi-private sessions are 50 minutes and offer the same coaching quality as 1:1 sessions, with 2–4 clients training at the same time. You receive individualized guidance, technique correction, and structured programming while sharing the session environment.
Where do you offer in-person training sessions?
I train at my private facility located in ZIP 33181. I also offer commute-based sessions in North Miami, Miami Beach, Midtown, and Downtown for clients who prefer training at their home gym, residential building, or a nearby outdoor space. You choose the location that works best for your schedule and lifestyle.
What days and times do you offer training sessions?
I offer training Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00PM.
What are the time slots?
Morning time slots: 7:00 AM, 8:30 AM, and 10:15 AM
Afternoon sessions: 12:00 PM, 3:00PM, 4:30 PM, and 6:00 PM
Exact availability varies, and clients can secure recurring time slots based on their plan.
Do you offer group workout events?
Yes. I host pop-up group classes throughout the year (indoor or outdoor), announced to subscribers and social media. I’m also available for private group sessions for organizations, hotels, resorts, residential buildings, retreats, corporate events and fitness facilities. These bookings are customized based on location, schedule, and class format.
Do you offer virtual training?
Yes. Virtual sessions follow the same 50 min structure as 1:1 personal training and are delivered live through platforms like Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp video, depending on client preference. Virtual sessions are available in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. International sessions are available upon request and may require schedule approval.
How do I schedule my sessions?
After purchasing a package, you’ll receive access to scheduling options directly through the website or via email.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations/reschedules must be submitted in writing by 11:59pm ET the night before the session. Late cancellations or no-shows result in losing the session. Rescheduling after a same-day cancellation may be granted for medical emergencies but is not guaranteed and is subject to trainer availability.
What if I’m running late?
Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but late arrivals reduce session length and the session will still end at the original time.
What’s included in online coaching?
Online coaching may include training programming, weekly check-ins, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and accountability, depending on the plan selected. Online coaching is available worldwide, as it is delivered through digital platforms and does not require live video sessions unless specified.
What’s included in nutrition coaching?
Habits, macros, education, food lists, guidance, accountability, and support aligned with your goals.
Are training packages refundable?
No. All training services are final sale.
How long do I have to use my sessions?
Most packages expire 30 days depending on the option. Expiration dates are listed at purchase. The weekly plan includes 5 sessions per week for optimal progress and accountability. Missed sessions do not roll over.
Can I transfer my sessions to someone else?
No. Sessions and programs are non-transferable.
What do I need for my first session?
Comfortable workout clothes, water, and any required equipment if virtual. For in-person, everything is provided.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Always disclose conditions before training. Some exercises may be modified for your safety. Severe medical concerns require medical clearance.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Results vary based on consistency, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
Do digital products have refunds?
No. Digital downloads cannot be returned once delivered.
How do I access my digital products?
After purchase, you will receive an instant download link and/or email confirmation with access.
Do you ship merchandise?
Yes. Shipping is available within the U.S. Delivery times vary based on your location.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
Email a photo within 7 days for an exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
