REFUND POLICY
At The Bodytect, all services and digital products are non-refundable due to their personalized, time-based, and instantly delivered nature. Please review the policies below before completing your purchase.
Services (In-Person, Semi-Private, Virtual, and Online Coaching)
All service sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a session, package, or plan is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
Missed or unused sessions do not roll over, and there are no refunds for no-shows.
If you need to reschedule, you must follow the cancellation policy outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
Digital Products (Guides, Templates, Programs)
Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these items, all digital product sales are final.
Refunds, exchanges, or credits are not permitted once the order is confirmed.
Physical Products (Merchandise)
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect physical item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can process a replacement.
