REFUND POLICY

At The Bodytect, all services and digital products are non-refundable due to their personalized, time-based, and instantly delivered nature. Please review the policies below before completing your purchase.

Services (In-Person, Semi-Private, Virtual, and Online Coaching)

  • All service sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Once a session, package, or plan is purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

  • Missed or unused sessions do not roll over, and there are no refunds for no-shows.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must follow the cancellation policy outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

Digital Products (Guides, Templates, Programs)

  • Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these items, all digital product sales are final.

  • Refunds, exchanges, or credits are not permitted once the order is confirmed.

Physical Products (Merchandise)

  • Physical items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect physical item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can process a replacement.
